"We have had the good fortune to work with Norm Nault on two house sales. In the fall of 2012 we drove past a house of interest, in that we knew it was supposedly soon to be on the market. Surprisingly there was an Open House sign in front, even though there was no real estate sign. We hurried to the door to inquire about the status. Norm was there, cleaning a bathroom, and he invited us in. It wasnít officially listed, in the MLS, but he said he usually puts up a sign when heís getting a house ready, staged. He is/was the kind of low key person thatís easy to talk to and discuss the housing market & our needs, without the feeling of some high pressure agenda. Because the owners were out of state, Norm had much long distance coordination to do with the absentee owner as the negotiations proceeded. Norm was available seemingly from dawn to nine-ish, seven days a week and kept us in almost real time touch of the sales status. It was a pleasure dealing with Norm because even though he represented the sellerís interest, we knew we were being dealt with in the same good manner. We finally struck a deal and Norm continued to provide us his good guidance, along with our own realtor, through the closing. During the spring of 2013 we finally had moved from our original large house into the smaller new one, and we decided Norm was the realtor of choice to sell the bigger house. He gave us excellent council regarding some staging ideas, like having our green bathtub & towel rods refinished in white. Because it was an older home,1952, and had extensive improvements, a realtor friend told us it would it would be very hard to find comparable houses listing above $200,000. The house did appraise for $231,000. In a couple of days Norm had multiple offers in the $240,000 range, and in a couple of weeks we were waiting for the buyer,s credit process. The house sold for $240,000, above the asking price. Again Norm was on the job seemingly 24/7 and the closing went without a hitch. Norm brings deep sales wisdom to the house marketing process, heís easy to work with, answers his phone quickly and gives straight advice. We will defiantly use Norm for all our future house processes and strongly recommend him to all others "
