Watersports around the barrier islands include snorkeling or scuba diving off the reefs, paddleboarding, kite-surfing, jet skiing, and deep-sea fishing with the backdrop of the sun worshiper droves attracted to the coastal paradise.

Then, of course, the shopping options are spectacular, from the top-brand boutique outlets, national chains, several specialty supermarkets, delis, pharmacies, and every metro convenience you can think of.

The massive Galleria Mall is a bike ride from many communities. Moreover, top-rated clinics, private and public golf courses, mind-boggling nature preserves, parks, culture centers, excellent schools, and the Fort Lauderdale International Airport are a hop, skip, and jump away.

Finally, Fort Lauderdale is the yachting capital of the world. Galt Ocean developments between the two valuation extremes are (among many) Fountainhead, Galleon, Galt Ocean Club, Galt Towers, and Hampton Beach Club. So, if you’re into sky home living close to downtown, you can’t afford to miss this collection. 

Fort Lauderdale Beach
