Erica Beroza

A cornerstone of the BEX leadership team, Erica Beroza has played a pivotal role in the growth and operational success of BEX Realty. After earning her degree in business law and accounting from Hofstra University, Erica relocated from Long Island to Palm Beach County and began her career working alongside some of Florida’s premier real estate attorneys. Her extensive experience coordinating real estate transactions, litigation, and firm operations provided a strong foundation for supporting the rapid expansion of the ventures founded by Zev Freidus, including Boca Executive Realty, BEX Realty, and ZFC Real Estate.

Erica joined Zev Freidus and his original team at Boca Executive Realty in 2007 and has remained an integral part of the organization through its evolution. Throughout her tenure, she has embraced a wide range of leadership and operational responsibilities both publicly and behind the scenes, always with a steadfast commitment to improving company efficiency, service quality, and the overall experience for customers, agents, and employees alike.
