Zev Freidus began his real estate career in Boca Raton, Florida over 20 years ago. Long before the mass migration from the Northeast, in the mid-1990s Zev had the foresight to begin investing in residential properties in Boca Raton.

In 2005, he founded Boca Executive Realty with the mission of combining innovative technology with superior agents to build Florida’s most respected residential real estate brokerage. In 2014, Zev sold a controlling interest in the company to a private equity group. The company experienced significant growth and was later rebranded as BEX Realty.

In 2021, Zev launched ZFC Real Estate as a full-service boutique brokerage serving both residential and commercial clients.

Zev has now regained full control of the BEX brand and has proudly relaunched BEX Realty under his leadership as sole proprietor. BEX Realty now operates as the flagship brand for residential real estate, while ZFC Real Estate continues as the dedicated brand for commercial real estate. Both brands operate under unified ownership and Zev’s direct leadership.

This full-circle return brings together the heritage of the original BEX brand with the established strength of ZFC, creating an even stronger future for clients and agents across Florida.
